Human AI OrientationCourse journey

Activity 2 extension · Build and keep · About 20–30 minutes

A little context you can reuse.

Turn what you have learned into three small documents: working with me, my goals and projects, and useful knowledge and examples. Start with a few lines. Leave anything out that you do not want to share.

Bring a useful instruction from the context activity. You can write about everyday life, study, a hobby or community work. No job title, diagnosis, full name or intimate personal history is required.

Choose how to begin

Write it myself: fill in the parts below that help your task. Everything is optional. Use my AI to interview me: copy the following prompt into your AI and then bring back only the reviewed text you want to keep.

An interview prompt to copy

Select and copy the text below. Sending it to your AI starts a conversation in that service; this course does not connect to it.

I am building a small personal context portfolio for a task I choose. Help me draft three short documents: Working with me; My goals and projects; Useful knowledge and examples.
Ask one focused question at a time. First ask what small task I want help with. Let me skip any question. Do not ask for sensitive personal details or information about other people. Do not infer traits, diagnoses or facts I have not supplied.
After each section, show a short draft using only my answers. Ask me to correct or remove anything before continuing. Separate facts from guesses, and mark unknowns. Keep the wording plain and useful for the chosen task.
At the end, show the three reviewed drafts separately. Remind me to check them again, save my own copy and share only relevant parts in future conversations. Do not claim that you have saved them or will remember them.

With JavaScript enabled, entries can be kept temporarily in this browser tab. They are not saved to your Moodle account or sent to an AI. Download a backup before closing the tab or changing devices.

Your plain-text portfolio

Copy these templates into your own notes and replace the brackets. Save the file somewhere you can find again. The interactive builder needs JavaScript; the activity does not.

# Working with me
Relevant background: [only what helps this task]
How to communicate with me: [preferences]
Boundaries: [what to avoid or ask about]
Instruction worth reusing: [one you have tried]

# My goals and projects
Current project: [what I am doing]
Goal and success criterion: [what a useful result would look like]
Constraints and unknowns: [time, resources, undecided details]
Next useful step: [a manageable action]

# Useful knowledge and examples
Useful information: [a short relevant note]
Source and date: [where it came from and when checked]
Why it helps and its limits: [relevance, uncertainty]
Example worth following: [a short example I may share]

Review: [what I corrected, date, what still needs checking]

Keep your learning reflections in a separate note. Select only the relevant context when you try it with your AI.

Keep it somewhere you can find again

  1. Download the context documents to read or share, and the backup if you want to restore the builder later.
  2. Find the downloaded files in your Downloads folder. Move them to your own notes folder if that helps.
  3. Open the Markdown file in a text editor or notes app. Check that it contains what you meant to keep.
  4. On a later visit, choose “Restore a portfolio backup” and select your JSON backup. Review before replacing any current entries.

Markdown is ordinary text with headings. A JSON backup is for restoring this builder; do not paste the whole backup into an AI. It includes your practice record. The course does not automatically update either file after download.
